REQUIREMENTS:
*****Slight Tweaks!!!! One Point for FULL CUP of NAKED VEGGIES and only up to TWO POINTS per day. EXERCISE is limited to 4 POINTS per day. (Jake is training for a marathon and doesn't want to demoralize my efforts to continue to the end*****
Must Report points to the shared document by midnight on Saturday of that week (Saturday night's sleep counts on the next week with the exception of the night of December 31).
+One point for each 30 minutes of exercise.(Up to 4 points a day)
+One point for each day of healthy eating. YOU write out the conditions on that one.
+One bonus point for each full cup of "naked" veggies/ salsa you eat (up to 2 pts per day)
+One point for each night of seven+ hours of sleep**
+One point for each day possible for a personal goal
+One point each week for logging points by midnight Sunday night
-subtract 4 points for each serving of dessert
Saturday March 24th 7 PM at Michelle's house is the ending party. (Jake is running a half marathon that morning in NYC for anyone interested)
Fineprint: It starts January 2nd. Payment is due by January 8th or you are not included. You can drop out and get your money before the 8th, but after that it is a sunk cost. FYI I am not taking an admin fee of any kind, but I am not putting in the $15 this time either. If any of you want to manage it rather than pay the fee I will gladly let you take over before the 8th. Naked veggies are just that: steamed or raw without any added fat or sugar. Salads at Panera can have over 700 calories and I think it is just too hard to draw a consistent line. And no, you do not get two points for sleeping 14 hours at a time)
