stuck at 21, 2 pounds lost. needs more hours of the day to include exercise. hoping this challenge will continue. i am figuring half a pound a week means 20 or so pounds lose in a year which is what i exactly need. need to really think how to lose half a pound a week consistently.
emma- you are trying, which makes all the difference!! also, try breaking the 35 minutes up if you have to- 10 minutes, 15 and 10. Walk on break, then your next one, and then an ab workout at home or something for the remaining time. YOu can do it!!
