I know I am a bit early, but this weekend is crazy for me. Go ahead and post your points (for just this week) before Monday morning at 8AM.
A few things you might have missed:
I updated the prizes (added a few) now that the numbers are final. You can see them on the first post of this blog.
You can also add to the "finish the sentence" post a few days ago if you are feeling creative.
Hope you had a great week! I can't quite believe how much better I am doing this time around off treats.

28 (unless I need to correct it before Mon at 8 AM) I made it through TWO events this week where desserts were featured. This is unreal for me!
ReplyDelete20(still has not been able to add exercise into the schedule). let's see what week 3 brings
ReplyDelete28. I've had to forgo cookies 3 times this week. Grrr. On a positive note, I can now run at least 50 minutes without discomfort in racing flats, landing on my midfoot/forefoot instead of heel striking. If you're wondering why this matters, check out Christopher McDougall's Born to Run (or google "barefoot running")....
ReplyDelete28! and much improved now that sugar detox has subsided...
ReplyDeletep.s. brad-my husband thought that book was rad and insisted i incorporate chia seeds into my running regimen. best advice ever... it has made recovery a breeze and i highly recommend them for rehydrating. if you can get past the slimy, fish egg look...
28! Another perfect week, but its getting harder... finding time to get an 35 min. exercise in every day is demanding, but well worth it! I found this week that if you mix it up... running, biking, power 90, lifting, it allows the muscles to recover and it is a lot more enjoyable... that was my learning for the week!

Very cool!
28! I went to Jann's Ice cream with my friend and didn't order anything, turned down cookies, and even went to the Bent Spoon with Mike...but none for me!
ReplyDelete25 points, which is better than last week!!!
ReplyDelete28, even though I made the best ever chocolate cake with ganache filling and buttercream icing for my dad's birthday. Didn't even lick the beaters!
ReplyDeleteCool video, Michelle. And chia seeds have been added to my grocery list.
ReplyDelete28 (didn't see the "before 8 am" part--am I okay?)
